Casey Logan joined the CAP Utah team after serving as an AmeriCorps VISTA at Community Action Services and Food Bank in Provo. There she helped open The Potluck, an incubator kitchen for low-income entrepreneurs wishing to start their food businesses. During her time there she became inspired by the War on Poverty, and decided to stay within the Community Action network. Originally from New York, Casey came to Utah for the mountains, where you can always find her on the weekends. She has BA in Political Science from the University at Albany in New York. During her time there, she interned for various women's health organizations.
