Recently our Executive Director, Clint Cottam, was interviewed by KSL TV about what moving to a cashless society could mean for Utah's most vulnerable population. While there are benefits to moving to a cashless society, doing so can be difficult for unbanked households. According to 2017 data, 2.5% of Utan's have no access to a banking account. Moving to a cashless society would be one more barrier for those in poverty. Check out the full interview to find out more.
