UNA - Navigating Uncertainty: Financial Therapy Tools for Reducing Anxiety and Building Well-Being
UNA is excited to offering this program about reducing anxiety in partnership with Minnesota Council of Nonprofits.
Financial anxiety can often feel overwhelming, especially when today’s environment is rife with economic unknowns. This interactive session introduces the fundamentals of financial therapy, clarifies the differences between financial anxiety and financial stress, and demonstrates research-based strategies to bolster financial well-being. We will explore “the worry hour” technique and other practical interventions for managing financial anxiety. Participants will leave understanding how to support themselves and others in cultivating healthy financial money mindsets.
