The 2025 Pathways to Excellence Implementer Training will guide participants in assessing their organization’s current practices and documenting their alignment with the 35 Community Action Standards of Excellence. This documentation will form the foundation for developing and leading a self-study process that drives the organization’s Continuous Quality Improvement efforts, reinforcing the connection between an excellence-driven culture and ongoing improvement.

Through practical activities, participants will gain the tools and skills to lead the self-study; improve organizational assessment, planning, and performance; and serve as a foundation for their ongoing excellence journey within the Pathways to Excellence program.

Registration for this training includes access to the Pathways to Excellence eCourse and a collection of tools and resources.

Note: Agencies currently enrolled in the Pathways to Excellence Silver Tier receive one complimentary registration. Excellence Team leaders have received a discount code via email.
