X-WR-CALDESC:Each year\, CAP Utah holds an Annual Poverty Conference. The c
 onference is designed to provide solution-based trainings\, workshops and 
 plenary sessions for Utah's network of Community Action Agencies and other
  community partners. The conference offers a forum for nonprofit professio
 nals\, government officials\, and business leaders from across the state t
 o collaborate with one another to strengthen low and moderate-income commu
 nities in Utah. By bringing together stakeholders for training\, networkin
 g\, and skill development\, we strengthen Utah's low-income service provid
 ers' collective impact on the most vulnerable members of our communities. 
 \n\nThis year\, CAP Utah is excited to partner with 2-1-1 to host the firs
 t annual 2-1-1 Talks - A Summit for Those in the Helping Profession. The e
 vent is designed to inform\, connect\, and empower professionals and volun
 teers who work tirelessly to meed the needs of others. Josh Penderson from
  United Way Worldwide will be speaking on the past\, present and future of
  social services delivery. Lyn Christian of SoulSalt Inc. is giving the cl
 osing keynote\, 'You're Already a Badass\; How Not to Forget It' which wil
 l focus on turning empathy into compassion to prevent burn out. \n\nSome t
