 equired Performance Management Framework that Community Action Agencies ar
 e required to utilize.  CAP Utah will be conducting a 3-day virtual ROMA t
 raining via Zoom.\n\nROMA provides a framework for continuous growth and i
 mprovement among local CAAs and a basis for state leadership and assistanc
 e.\n\nResults Oriented Management Principles\n• Assess poverty needs and c
 onditions within the community.\n• Define a clear anti-poverty mission for
  the CSBG Network and the strategies and services to address those needs\,
  both immediate and longer term\, in the context of existing resources and
  opportunities in the community.\n• Identify specific improvements\, or re
 sults\, to be achieved among people with low-incomes and communities in wh
 ich they live.\n• Organize and implement programs\, services\, and strateg
 ies within the agency and among partnering organizations\, to achieve anti
 cipated results.\n\nResults Oriented Accountability Principles\n• Develop 
 and implement processes to identify\, measure\, and record improvements in
  the condition of people with low-incomes and the communities in which the
 y live that result from CSBG Network intervention.\n• Use information abou
 t outcomes\, or results\, among agency tripartite boards and staff to dete
 rmine overall effectiveness\; inform annual and long-range planning\; and 
 promote new funding and community partnership activities.\n• Encourage sta
 te CSBG offices and state CAA associations to work in coordination to adva
 nce ROMA performance-based concepts among CSBG Eligible Entities through o
 ngoing training and technical assistance.\n\nRegistrants will be given a p
 articipant manual. Registration closes on February\,
