  your appointment\, held over Zoom\, to receive general nonprofit legal in
 formation and brief legal advice. Your appointment can help you decide if 
 you can handle the matter on your own\, or if you should hire an attorney.
  \n\nFine Print and Exclusions: \nThe UNA Member Legal Clinic is only able
  to address nonprofit concerns. The legal clinic differs from hiring an at
 torney\, because the attorney there will not take your case or represent y
 ou in court. It is not a resource for \n\nSupport with drafting or revisin
 g Articles of Incorporation\, contracts\, bylaws or policies. \nQuestions 
 about individual or personal concerns \nWhat Happens after You Register \n
 \nSignup: UNA will send you a link to use to sign up for your preferred ti
 me \nPrep: You’ll receive a short questionnaire about your legal question 
 which will be shared with the attorney\, Aaron C. Garrett\, so that he can
  research your needs and provide guidance.\nWhy Attend  \nLegal clinics ar
 e a great way to find the answers to that burning question that would be s
 o much easier if you could ask a lawyer. \n\nWho Should Attend?  \nAnyone 
 who has a specific legal question about nonprofits\, with focus on one par

  needs to register)\, space is limited to 14 organizations per Legal Clini

 equip you with tools\, resources\, and expert advice to fully develop thes
