 2022-23 is to tour the state and host a series of stakeholder meetings wit
 h organizations that work to address food insecurity and provide direct se
 rvices around food. We are reaching out to invite you to a stakeholder mee
 ting we’re hosting in partnership with Utah Community Action in the Salt L
 ake/Tooele Region. This meetings will cover a range of issues to help iden
 tify regional community needs\, barriers to accessing food and federal nut
 rition programs\, and possible policy recommendations for our elected offi
 cials at the state and federal level. \nFor those of you who have attended
  previous meetings\, we are making a few changes to the meeting’s agenda t
 his year. First\, we are broadening our audience this year to include elec
 ted representatives at the state\, county and municipal level\, and as wel
 l as community members who receive these services or want to learn more ab
 out food assistance in the region. Second\, we are including additional ti
 me for folks to network and socialize with other direct service providers 
 in the region. \nWe will be sending a follow-up email with an agenda for t
 he meeting. \n\nIf there is an organization or point of contact that you f
 eel should be part of this meeting\, feel free to forward this invite to t
 hem. \nFor those who may not be able to attend in person\, we will be offe
 ring remote participation.\n
