 highlights best practices related to anti-poverty efforts\, performance ma
 nagement\, and performance measurement.\n\nThe Weatherization Assistance P
 rogram (WAP) track focuses on the U.S. Department of Energy’s (DOE) WAP in
 itiatives and grantee management issues.
