X-WR-CALDESC:Community Action Partnership of Orange County (CAP OC) has lev
 eraged their Weatherization program with Medicaid programs to provide supp
 lemental home modification services to meet the growing needs of underserv
 ed clients with mobility issues or asthma. Additionally\, they have taken 
 advantage of Weatherization readiness funds to abate asbestos and other de
 ferral issues. By integrating the Weatherization process with non-energy f
 unds\, they have created a healthier home environment for participants\, i
 mproving comfort\, health\, safety and accessibility. This innovative appr
 oach also leverages contract funds from their county Medicaid provider\, C
 alOptima Health\, for additional community support services. Representativ
 es from CAP OC will describe how this program was developed\, highlight ke
 y milestones\, and discuss current challenges. Presenters will explain how
  to create similar Medicaid initiatives in other states\, and there will b
 e dedicated time for audience questions.
