  We will discuss challenges and barriers to certification\, learn about up
 dates already in the works\, and crowdsource new ideas that can help strea
 mline processes for weatherization individuals and agencies.  \n\nThe Cont
 inuous Improvement Workshops are open to all WAP stakeholders and offer an
  opportunity for participants to identify challenges and solutions that wi
 ll be shared directly with DOE. For this workshop\, priority will go to cu
 rrent and former certified EAs and QCIs. We encourage managers and directo
 rs to work with their EA and QCI staff to ensure they are adequately repre
 sented. DOE may make decisions to prioritize certain applicants to ensure 
 balanced representation from different stakeholders.\n\nWAP agencies can u
 tilize Training and Technical Assistance (T&TA) funds to cover time and co
 sts for staff to participate in this workshop.
