 ress the critical challenges of energy affordability for our nation’s hous
 ing\, the U.S. Department of Energy (DOE) launched the eighth Energy Earth
 shot™—the Affordable Home Energy Shot™—to accelerate innovative strategies
  and reduce costs to decarbonize our nation’s residential buildings. This 
 summit is an opportunity for dialogue between DOE and its diverse partners
  on the ground to understand the emerging needs and opportunities of reali
 zing this Energy Shot’s vision.
