 o assist grant recipients with the targeting of outreach for LIHEAP-eligib
 le households in disadvantaged census tracts. DEA will provide national an
 d a grant recipient example of the administrative data utilizing the broad
 er lens of environmental justice and the impact of LIHEAP.
