  also aims to create a cohort of nonprofit leaders that motivate\, learn f

 \nLeadership styles and growth plans\nOrganizational culture and staff dev
 elopment\nEquity and inclusion goals in everyday practice\nBoard/staff par
 tnerships.\nThe interplay of Operational Policies\, Procedures\, and Cultu
 ral Norms\nMarketing\, Fundraising\, and Partnerships alignment\nPublic an
 d internal expression of the mission\, vision\, and core values\nFinancial
  documents as a numerical expression of an organization's values\nLeadersh
 ip and Organizational Culture is one of nine offerings in the Nonprofit Cr
 edential Program.\n\nOnline Classroom Training Sessions\nYour subject-matt
 er-expert/consultant will lead you and your peer nonprofit leaders through
  two days of online training. To get the most out of this training\, we as
 k you to please complete the participant survey in its entirety (due one w
 eek prior to the training). You will receive the survey two weeks prior to
  the first session. It is our objective to tailor this training to your ne
 eds\; the more our subject-matter-expert/consultant knows about you\, the 
 more you will get out of it. \n\nOne-on-One Consultation\nYou'll meet with
  the subject-matter-expert and receive specific feedback and coaching on y
 our organization's culture and leadership. \n\nSuccessful participation me
 ans that you’ll develop a leadership and organizational development plan a
 nd timeline based on the principles explored in the Credential. Consider w
 hich areas of your personal growth you would like to work on. What resourc
 es will you need to accomplish this? How will you acquire donor and board
