 Connecting Communities in Action and the Assistant Director for the Univer
 sity at Buffalo's Institute on Trauma and Trauma informed care will take a
  deep dive into the 10 Key Developmental Areas of Trauma-Informed Care and
  describe how these influence the organizational change process. Review st
 ep by step guides for pre-implementation\, implementation and sustainabili
 ty of the key developmental areas. Provide concrete examples of how one CA
 A implemented the trauma informed practices\, and provide tools for evalua
 ting next steps in implementation. The presentation will be open to any st
