 from around the country to come together and discuss strategies for meetin

  in the fight to change the face of poverty across the nation.\n\nOur them
 e this year is “Building Towards Together.” We hope you will join us as we
  think through some of the biggest challenges facing our network\, share i
 deas\, and collaborate on solutions that work well for everyone.\n\nThe 20
 25 Winter Training Conference is separated into the following two tracks:
 \n\nThe Community Services Block Grant (CSBG) track is intended to help St
 ate offices meet the requirements of CSBG for better administration and pe
 rformance management. The session offerings will focus on technical and pr
 ogrammatic content that highlights promising practices related to anti-pov
 erty efforts\, organizational capacity\, and data collection and analysis.
  Presenters will include federal and national partners as well as state of
 fice directors and other subject matter experts. This year’s CSBG pre-conf
 erence will be a four-part intensive data analysis workshop.\n\nThe Weathe
 rization Assistance Program (WAP) track will provide a wealth of informati
 on\, tools\, and resources to enhance and improve grantee administration a
 nd implementation of the program. Session offerings will include fiscal\, 
 technical\, and programmatic content. The general session workshops will i
 nclude federal and national partner updates and provide relevant training 
 on important WAP topics. A pre-conference training focused on the implemen
 tation of the $3.5 billion dollar WAP Bipartisan Infrastructure Law (BIL) 
 funding\, will be offered in addition to the core conference and is recomm
 ended for all grantee and subgrantee WAP staff.
