 ban Institute team includes an Upward Mobility Data Dashboard to help loca
 l leaders measure and promote upward mobility in every county and over 480
  cities. \n\nPart I of this series\, led by the Urban Institute\, will int
 roduce the framework’s three-part definition of social and economic mobili
 ty\, economic success\, power and autonomy\, and dignity and belonging. Pa
 rticipants will become familiar with the framework’s core components and a
 ccompanying system change and data tools. Stay tuned for Part II\, where C
 AAs will share their experiences applying the framework and using the tool
 s in their communities.
