 ions. ROMA helps us measure progress towards this. Assessment\, planning\,
  implementation and evaluation (aka the ROMA Cycle) are at the core of ROM
 A.\n\nThe Intro to ROMA Course gives an overview of important ROMA topics\
 , each building off of each other.\n1.	The History of Community Action\n2.	A
 gency Mission and Theory of Change\n3.	Community Assessments (including ide
 ntifying Needs)\n4.	Introduction to Planning\n5.	Identifying Outcomes\n6.	Ide
 ntifying Services\n7.	Measuring Performance and Performance Standards\n8.	Us
 ing Measurement Tools and Tracking Progress\n9.	Managing Performance with a
  Logic Model\n\nThere will be breakout rooms used for this training. Virtu
 al attendees are required to have access to and use a microphone and camer
 a for participation. A certificate of completion will be given to particip
 ants that meet the attendance and homework requirements. It is highly reco
 mmended to participate in an Intro to ROMA course at least once every two 
 years.\n\nFor those with existing Intro to ROMA Manuals (they are Blue)\, 
 registration is free. For those needing Manuals\, registration is $10.00.
