  Local Homeless Councils (LHC's) in Utah to coordinate entry for services 
 and it used as an evidence-based case management tool to assess progress t
 owards client goals.\n\nCAP Utah\, in partnership with Ogden-Weber Communi
 ty Action Partnership\, will be hosting a training for Northern Utah provi
 ders and anyone else who would like to attend. There is a suggested donati
 on of $7.50 to help offset printing and lunch costs.\n\nJoin us for in per
