 management system used by the Community Action network nationwide. Using o
 utcomes as its foundation\, ROMA’s aims are continuous program improvement
  and accountability. Community Action is about identifying and addressing 
 causes and conditions. ROMA helps us measure progress towards this. Assess
 ment\, planning\, implementation and evaluation (aka the ROMA Cycle) are a
 t the core of ROMA.\nThe Intro to ROMA Course gives an overview of importa
 nt ROMA topics\, each building off of each other.\n1.	The History of Commun
 ity Action\n2.	Agency Mission and Theory of Change\n3.	Community Assessments
  (including identifying Needs)\n4.	Introduction to Planning\n5.	Identifying 
 Outcomes\n6.	Identifying Services\n7.	Measuring Performance and Performance 
 Standards\n8.	Using Measurement Tools and Tracking Progress\n9.	Managing Per
 formance with a Logic Model\nThere will be breakout rooms used for this tr
 aining. Virtual attendees are required to have access to and use a microph
 one and camera for participation. A certificate of completion will be give
 n to participants that meet the attendance and homework requirements. It i
 s highly recommended to participate in an Intro to ROMA course at least on
 ce every two years.\n
