 ard understanding\, improve budget discussions\, and support thoughtful de
 cision making.\n\n\nIn this extended session\, participants can expect: \n
 \n\nA framework for strengthening board financial leadership as part of br
 oader board development work.\nApproaches for helping board members interp
 ret financial information and connect it to agency priorities.\nProcesses 
 that support productive financial discussions and informed decision making
