  customer engagement.  \n\nRegistrants will learn about the Standards of E
 xcellence\, tools for conducting internal agency assessments\, and methods
  for conducting a comprehensive Standards-based self-study through the Pat
 hways to Excellence eCourse\, which is open to all registrants\, and discu
 ssed in-depth during the session.  \n\nIn addition to learning how to lead
  the self-study\, participants will learn ways to improve and systematize 
 organizational assessment\, planning\, and performance processes and to se
 rve as a peer leader for agencies engaged in an ongoing excellence journey
  within the Pathways to Excellence program. \n\nRegistration for this trai
 ning includes access to the Pathways to Excellence eCourse\, 1/2-day of in
 teractive virtual training\, and a collection of tools and resources. \n\n
 Note: Agencies currently enrolled in the Pathways to Excellence Silver Tie
 r receive one complimentary registration. Excellence Team leaders have rec
