RPIC Region VIII
The office of Community Services (OCS) funds eleven Regional Performance and Innovation Consortia (RPIC). These RPICs serve as a regional focal point in implementing organizational standards and developing a comprehensive system of training and technical assistance. The mission of the RPIC strategy is to ensure that all CSBG-eligible entities are able to meet organizational standards and use evidence based approaches to address the needs of low-income communities. CAP Utah participates as a part of the Region V111 RPIC in conjunction with North Dakota, South Dakota, Colorado, Montana and Wyoming.
