Please join us to learn more about federal programs that can help single-family households aging in place with needed home retrofits from the USDA, HUD and DOE. Specific programs to be highlighted are: USDA’s rural programs such as Direct Home Loan Purchase Program and Packaging, Site Develop Loans, Self-Help Housing Grants, Home Repair Loan/Grants, and Housing Preservation Grants; HUD’s Healthy Homes and Lead Hazard Control Programs, and DOE’s Weatherization Assistance Program.
