Poverty in Utah is real. It doesn't have to be.
Working toward a Utah where poverty does not exist takes all of us. Engaging in discussions about poverty in our communities and our state is the first step to ending poverty for thousands of Utahns. Do something today. It can be as simple as talking about solutions to poverty at the dinner table or with a neighbor, calling your legislator or volunteering at your local Community Action Agency.

- Support formerly homeless individuals on the Utah Formerly Homeless Board. This gives those with shared life experience a voice in decision-making
- Help families build assets for post-secondary education and job training through a matched 529 Savings Account.

- Build the capacity of Community Action agencies statewide through training and technical assistance.
