The Organizational Standards Skill Builder is a comprehensive training designed specifically for Community Action Agencies to enhance their capacity to meet the CSBG Organizational Standards. Participants can expect to gain the knowledge and tools necessary to build the core practices required to meet the standards, serving as a strong foundation for going beyond compliance.

Understanding the Organizational Standards: Gain a clear understanding of key standards, their importance, and how they align with your organization’s mission and goals.
Building Core Practices: Learn essential practices and strategies to meet the Organizational Standards.
Tools and Resources: Access valuable tools and resources that will support your efforts in implementing and maintaining the Organizational Standards and their associated core practices.
Interactive Sessions: Engage in interactive discussions and activities designed to deepen your understanding and application of the standards.
Expert Guidance: Receive insights and guidance from experienced professionals who have successfully navigated the Organizational Standards in their organizations.

This is a virtual two-part event, held over two consecutive days with 4-hour sessions each day. Participants should plan to attend both sessions:

Day 1: September 10 from 1 PM – 5 PM ET (12 PM – 4 PM CT | 11 AM – 3 PM MT | 10 AM – 2 PM PT)

Day 2: September 11 from 1 PM – 5 PM ET (12 PM – 4 PM CT | 11 AM – 3 PM MT | 10 AM – 2 PM PT)
