Participants in the 2024 Pathways to Excellence Implementer Training will gain essential knowledge and skills to understand and lead their agency’s self-study process as part of the Pathways to Excellence journey. This intensive, four-hour training will equip attendees to assess their organization’s status in relation to the 35 Community Action Standards of Excellence. Through this training, participants will explore key distinctions between "excellence" and "adequacy," and learn how to guide their agency in documenting progress. Attendees will leave with practical tools and strategies to facilitate the self-study process and advance excellence within their Community Action Agency.

Note: Currently enrolled Pathways to Excellence Silver Tier agencies may send one staff member to this training at no cost. A discount code has been sent to your Excellence Team Leader.

The training is open to any person or organization in the Community Action Network.
