1. Program Description CAP Utah’s SMS messaging service provides mobile updates designed to strengthen the statewide Community Action Network. Messages may include Microsoft Teams onboarding support, feature highlights, communication reminders, training notices, and other updates that help staff and partners stay connected and engaged.
2. Opt‑In By opting in, you agree to receive SMS messages from CAP Utah at the mobile number you provide. To subscribe, reply YES or complete an approved opt‑in form where you explicitly consent to receive text messages from CAP Utah.
3. Message Frequency Message frequency varies based on engagement and program needs, but will not exceed 4 messages per month.
4. Cost Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier plan. CAP Utah is not responsible for any charges incurred from your carrier.
5. Opt‑Out You may opt out at any time by texting STOP. After opting out, you will receive a confirmation message and will no longer receive SMS communications from CAP Utah unless you opt in again.
