The Spring 2026 Pathways to Excellence Implementer Training will provide participants with a deeper understanding of the 2025 Standards of Excellence and how to use the Standards to drive organizational learning and performance management.

Takeaways will include deeper understanding of core excellence concepts and how to apply those concepts to organizational process management, performance improvement, and mission-driven customer engagement.

Registrants will learn about the Standards of Excellence, tools for conducting internal agency assessments, and methods for conducting a comprehensive Standards-based self-study through the Pathways to Excellence eCourse, which is open to all registrants, and discussed in-depth during the session.

In addition to learning how to lead the self-study, participants will learn ways to improve and systematize organizational assessment, planning, and performance processes and to serve as a peer leader for agencies engaged in an ongoing excellence journey within the Pathways to Excellence program.

Registration for this training includes access to the Pathways to Excellence eCourse, 1/2-day of interactive virtual training, and a collection of tools and resources.

Note: Agencies currently enrolled in the Pathways to Excellence Silver Tier receive one complimentary registration. Excellence Team leaders have received a discount code via email.
