UNA - IN PERSON! Executive Director Conversations and Coffee
Join your fellow Executive Leaders for an in-person Conversations and Coffee. You'll literally be able to rub elbows with the people who get where you are coming from! This gathering is a safe place for nonprofit leaders to support each other, learn about current successes and challenges, and walk away with new ideas, solutions, and hopefully, some new friends.
At our first virtual ED Conversations and Coffee, UNA's Jill Bennett asked the participants what they hoped to gather from the gathering. Their answers can be rolled up to the phrase: friends who can help each other! Build long-term relationships and cultivate trust in the nonprofit community. Attend to make your nonprofit stronger and more resilient. Pay forward the gifts of those who trained, encouraged, and mentored you. Your world and your impact will become larger and more powerful.
