Current Digital Access Programs
Laptop Distribution Project:
CAP Utah is partnering with Tech Charities in Salt Lake City to distribute laptops to the participants in the digital literacy program. The participants will be able to use the laptops during the class and get the option to keep them at the end of the cohort. This project has prioritized laptop distribution in rural Utah.

Digital Navigation
Community Action Agencies assess the needs of households and connect them to resources that foster greater stabilization and economic security. This includes connecting households to partners and internet discount programs, such as the federal Lifeline program.
Digital Literacy Classes:
With the support of NTEN, CAP Utah supports digital literacy classes in partnership with several of our network providers . The classes last roughly 12 weeks and are hosted at existing programs such as Circles, workforce development, and other self-sufficiency programs.
