UNA - Delivering Employee Feedback
Do you dread the Feedback Conversation? In this 60-minute training, you will learn a process to deliver feedback in a way that partners with your staff and builds in accountability at the same time. Giving feedback to employees is one of most effective ways to build morale and to support staff to learn, grow, and succeed. You will leave with a practical feedback tool and framework, as well as useful language to help people reflect and act on the feedback.
