UNA - Team Building Summit

Rapid change and complexity mean increas­ing reliance on teams to provide unprecedented solutions and breakthrough innovation. Rarely has the need for collaboration and teamwork been more critical than today and employees are frequently managing the work of multiple teams across departments and projects. Up to 20 percent of employees report working on four or more teams at any one time. Additionally, the framework of teams is increasingly diverse, spread out, and flexible in how and when work gets done.
This event is in partnership with Oklahoma Center for Nonprofits.
