UNA - Project Management
Looking to sharpen your project management skills? This course is all about helping nonprofit organizations explore success in the project management process. In partnership with Oklahoma Center for Nonprofits, the course explores successful processes for project management, from defining projects and creating project plans, identifying and evaluating project managers, statements of work, to the planning, execution, and evaluation phases. The course also identifies useful tools, communication strategies to manage single and multiple projects, and ways to recognize and celebrate shared success.
