James Blaker, AmeriCorps VISTA
James Blaker is an Americorps VISTA Digital Equities Resource Development Specialist.
James studied Computer Science at the University of California, Santa Cruz. He grew up in California and found his passion for technology early in his life. After getting his bachelor's degree he started service with AmeriCorps Vista as a digital equity resource development specialist with Cap Utah! He is very passionate about digital equity and hopes he can help others during his time at Cap Utah! Outside of digital equity his interests mainly involve the great outdoors! He grew up camping and hiking and is excited to explore all the outdoor recreational opportunities in Utah. He also recently took up fly fishing with his girlfriend.
