Seth Naylor, Program Specialist
Seth Naylor is a Program Specialist. He began working for Community Action Partnership of Utah in January of 2018 as a contract employee and then joined full time in July of 2019. He worked as Salt Lake/Tooele Regional Coordinator for the Volunteer Income Tax Assistance Program (VITA) until June 2021. Prior to being hired on he was a VITA volunteer for 13 years and was a site coordinator during most of that time. Seth worked for 25 years in banking operations and for 5 years in software. He has a degree in accounting from Weber State University in Ogden, UT.
