This 3-hour interactive virtual training will explore how practices rooted in the values of Restorative Justice can be employed to enhance collaboration and inclusivity in organizations. Participants will practice communication skills such as active listening, effective speaking, and addressing cultural and gender differences to enhance interpersonal relationships and prevent conflict.
They will experience a restorative Circle and consider ways in which this more egalitarian form of meeting can strengthen a sense of community and individual well-being within their organizations. Participants should come prepared to share ideas and practice skill-building in a variety of small group discussions and activities which may include keeping cameras on for further connection and a deeper experience.

Executive Directors, HR staff, program managers, departmental leaders and supervisors.
